SWFBUD Holds Forum for TBARTA representative SWFBUD (South West Florida Bicycle United Dealers), an alliance of seven Tampa Bay-area bike stores committed to bicycle advocacy, is proud to present the first of its "Pedal Power" public forum series this month.
